Sir..I married a European(Croatia) woman last year at arya samajam in ghaziabad (UP).it doesnt come under a special marriage act.when we reached there they made certificate.Now she is separated from me.now I'm in India .how can I get divorce?

Arya Samaj would have converted the foreign women into Hindu religion and then perform the marriage rituals as per Hindu Marriage Act. After getting the marriage certificate from Arya Samaj, have you registered your marriage?

The marriage ceremonised through Arya Samaj is deemed to be a marriage under Hindu marriage law, hence you can very well file a divorce petition under Hindu Marriage law, but why did she leave you and whether she will not return?

File a divorce case against her beforeffamily court ghaziabad under Hindu Marriage Act.

U R sure that she will not return back,then file for divorce.Has she converted to Hinduism at the time of marriage,Arya Samaj is exclusive for hindus.After marriage have U registered the marriage?
