if your wife does not appear in court you will get divorce in december 2014 . if her application for transfer is accepted divorce petition will get transferred . allegations made by your wife in her reply have to be proved . mere allegations that you had affair with several women is not sufficient.
court may direct you to pay your wife maintenance in the vent of divorce

since your wife is not working court will award her maintenance . the objective of your wife is to extort money from you . if your wife refused to have sex and marriage has not been consummated you can seek divorce on grounds of mental cruelty . refusal to have sex amounts to mental cruelty .

if you get divorce on next date before family court transfer petition in HC would become infructous . inform court that divorce decree has been passed

Please check whether the HC has granted any stay while hearing Transfer petition.
If yes then you may not get Divorce in Dec.
As far as maintenance is concerned, she may allege anything, but you have got every right to disprove her.

You have stated that she has recently filed counter to your divorce case, if that is the case, you may not get exparte divorce decree. Check it up with your lawyer. If your marriage was not consummated, you could have made that as a ground and filed for annulment of your marriage within one year from the date of marriage, however, please state whether you have included in your pleadings that the marriage was not consummated and refused the conjugal relationship with you? Closely follow up the issue through your lawyer.
