Dear Sir,
Myself Suvarna,Actually my husband applied for divorce Oct'13, I had received notice in feb'14 . ihad already attended 2 dates in court after that. in notice he had mentioned 80% of things wrong only 20% thing is right.
Aganist his notice i had also given the reply. now 24th Mar'14 court invited for argument.
In between Oct'13 to till date,my husband and me met number of time.but in fornt of court he not even looking at me.
I don't want to give divorce to him.but he and his family showing lie documents in court.
Pls sugguest.

If you do not want to give him divorce, then do not so so.
Nobody is compelling you to do so.
If you are not a working lady then you can claim maintenance from him also.
Since he talked to you few times, I would advise you to bury the hatchet and settle the dispute amicably.

I am a working lady & since from last one year am handling all home expenses.
we had fight between us in Sep'13 and he applied LWP for three month from Office & goan to his native place.
Now he asking all three month salary from me.
