Dear Advocates,
My client had purchased a plot No. 71 in X Nagar, Tamil Nadu. In the adjacent Nagar Y another person purchased plot no 25.
But, plot nos 71 of X and 25 of Y both are adjacent plots but in different nagars.
Owner of Plot no.25 of Y nagar, is trespassed into plot no.71 and started construction in it and he said that that is his plot.
what is the remedy for my client?
Could you help me in this regard?

move court and obtain an injunction restraining your neighbour from trespassing on your land and for stay of construction

You are lawyer like us so might be having full knowledge that if an illegal encroachment is being made by unauthorized person then the sole remedy is to ensure the enforcement of law. You should immediately take the help of police and simultaneously civil remedy to seek injunction against such person if you have valid documents of the said property in your hands. The seller authority shall also confirm who is the real owner to that plot which is being encroached upon.
