Diet money of witness be summoned u/s 244 Cr.P.C

(Querist) 29 June 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Sir in a private complaint u/s 420 IPC being filed by me the case is at the stage of pre charge evidence and I want to examine witnesses in support of my case and for that I am filing application u/s 244 Cr.P.C .I want to know wheather any D.M or T.A of witnesses has to be .borne by me or not as in sec 244 Cr.P.C there is no reference about it ?

Law does not prescribe the complainant to bear such expenses.
