Employer demanding Recovery amount

Sir, because of health reasons i had to quit my job without serving notice period. Now they are demanding recovery amount. I had properly reported my issue to my managers though. What should i do

AFTER RECOVERY FROM YOUR ILL HEALTH AND ONCE STARTS FEELING BETTER HEALTH WISE SERVE THE NOTICE PERIOD OF YOUR EMPLOYER AND TILL YOUR RECOVERY REQUEST FOR TIME ON HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS. EXCEPT THIS YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION.OTHERWISE YOU WILL'VE TO FACE BREACH OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND CLAIM FOR DAMAGES FROM YOUR EMPLOYER.Send Medical certificates in proof of your ill health to your employer while seeking-time till recovery of health. to serve the notice period.
