my father is going to do Leave and licence agreement . we will going to registered doc by paying stamp duty for 11 months .
is it necessary to mention the carpet area in the description of the property ? is it sufficient to mention the unit no and full address with cts no ?
if it is the case of the conveyance deed , is it also mandatory to mention the carpet area or built up area ? in conveyance deed , stamp duty is payable on carpet area or built up area ?
