yes, But it would be better through Regd AD.

However, if you have in agreement, and agreement allow so, then you can send notice through email.

Delivery of statutory notice through e-mail is not recognised in court of law.

However standard communications through e-mail are considered.

Till this day with my little knowlege the email notice is not been accepted before law but email trasaction are accepted as a evidence

NOTICE CAN BE SERVED THROUGH E MAIL:

But will not be acceptable as Evidence in the court of law, , unless bilaterally agreed upon by and between the parties.
