means the marriege solomnize b/w the parties is dessolved,
the relife are -
a.no relations b/w the parties as H and W.
b. free for doing further marrieg.

decree of divorce mean a formal order declaring the marriages between the parties dissolved and relations as wife and husband ended. after passing decree of divorce, both parties free to solemnize marriage at their will to any person
