Cyber law regarding domain name

Dear Sir
I bought a domain name in godaddy.com having a famous personality name. Now, a person contacted me that he wants to creat a website using the domain and has consent of the famous personality. Now he offers me that i should share the domain with him so that he can launch the site.
I bought it in investment purpose.
Please tell me what are the options for me:
1.sell
2. Share or
3. Rent.
Is shareing and donating the same?

Mr. Hemanta,

Godady does not enjoy any right to give consent on your behalf. You have the sole discretion to share, rent, or sell. But in the case of sharing or renting only you, being the administrator of the website, would be held responsible for all irregularities/offences under cyber laws.

So, selling of the website is the best option.
