A WILL need not be registered, it should necessarily contain (1) the date of the WILL, (2) complete details of the testator, (3) details of his family members, (4) details of his legal movable & immovable properties, (5) name of executor/administrator, (6) bequeathals for distribution of his properties .
The WILL should be signed at every page., it should be signed by two independant major witnesses. These are important requirements in brief.
