Counter Affidavit to Cr.P.C 125

Que.1.I want to Know from Experts if I can file Counter to Cr.P.C 125 in Just Bold Three Liner Affidavit, the three Liner is as follows:

"I (respondent)Completely deny all the Allegation framed against me, I would also like to bring to the notice of Hon`ble Court that i am ready for Life imprisonment because I cannot pay a single penny as maintenance as i am unemployed nor i am interested in any Cohabition with the petitioner"

Emotions and sentiments of husband during maint. proceedings don't winover the case no matter how many liners Counter Affidavit you may force upon concerned Court.

Counter Affidavit when not asked by Court to file then why go extra length that also with such bald counters which does not sustain before eyes of Law and which will go against you.

Keep cool and fight the smart litigant way and for which you will need only three things; a good knowledge of S. 125 CrPC on how it works, a careful approach and a understanding Ld. Advocate or party in person whichever you may choose.

Instead of filing counter affidavit file an objections to the petition.

If u r able bodied man though unemployed and maintenance is claimed by non working wife then no affidavit will help u to get away from order of paying maintenance to ur wife. It is ur duty to maintain ur wife, and pl note ex-wife also.
