lawyers please tell me during my hearing if my hubby not responding to nullity of marrige what order the court gives. and if sometimes i not going to hearing what happen in my case.and if my hubby tells that he wants to live with me mease what the court decides.please reply me.my hearing is on 29-9-2015 on madras or ponamallee high court

The court can not force you to go with your husband if you disagree. If the husband remains absent then the court can proceed ex parte and decide the matter in merit.

You may not go with your husband if you do not want.
Prey the court to proceed ex-party if your husband does not attend the court.
If you fail to attend the court due to some reason, your lawyer may attend and in case of need prey to allow your absence due to acceptable reason.

i want to live with my husband .and he too.but my family only opposing not to live with him.that only i m asking if we both wants to live if somebody opposed in front of judge what will happen.and then our hearing will happen in front of all of them or in person we both and judge only .please tell.i want to know how our case will happen
