Gift deed to my Son & Daughter in-law

Hello Sir/Madam

I want gift a plot to my Son & Daughter in law.
Is it possible to execute gift deed in the name of both SON & DAUGHTER IN LAW ?
Can you help me out with the procedure pls ?
Per enquiry, it is said as not possible. 2 deeds to be executed.

Pls suggest.

The gift deed could be executed if the property is not ancestral.

YOU CAN EXECUTE A SINGLE GIFT DEED IN THEIR JOINT NAMES IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT ANCESTRAL.

Contact local document writer, he would draft and would help in getting it registered.

Well advised by experts,I agree. Contact a local lawyer or document writer for drafting a single Gift Deed in joint names of your son and daughter-in-law, it is valid and legally correct.
