Contempt of court petition may be moved against any person, who disobeys the court order.

plaintiff file suit for permanent injunction with exh.5 on base of same court old suit decree but same time plaintiff n other defendant was construction on suit property ..which is belong to my client

If suit is still pending and the stay order was granted under order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with section section 151 of CPC then file it under Order 39 Rule 2A read with section 151 of CPC.
