Due to disatration in our dist., State Govt declared our dist. as disatration area and distributed compensation to the poor farmers of all the blocks in our Dist..
The farmers who had availed loans from the banks, sociaties and other financial institutions for agricultural purpose which was covered by group insurance. But Insurance company compensated only four to five blocks in our Dist.
Under the circumstances, what measures should take to get compensation for poor farmers of the block, not got insurance compensation.

You have to file a consumer case. First issue notice to the Insurance co., bank ( who has colleced the money from the fathermers on behalf of ins., co.,), it is definate isn., co., wont settle the claim, then file a consumer ase.

If no amount for insurance was paid by farmers and it was paid only State then first obtain information from the office of collector for which blocks such premium was paid to insurance company as company is not going to compensate for the blocks against which no premium was paid.
