Conmpany not giving pf

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had left my organization on 15/09/2012,but still I have not got my PF form.
I am following with HR & Directors also many times but they not given any response.
They also not given me my PF account number,I had sent lots of mail regarding PF but also not given any response to my mail.

Kindly suggest me on that how I will get my PF.

Search concern provident fund office And apply there!

You can contact the concerned PF office. Now most of the records are online, can check the details with their guidance.

There is no use sending notice to HR.

A defaulter does not respond to the person whom he is cheating.

locate your area PF office from http://www.epfindia.com/

Not merely contact the PF Office, you have to give written complaint to the RPFC with request to initiate proceedings under section 7A of the EPF&MP Act1952, with request to give you notice of hearing to enable you to attend.

I have also the similar opinion. The company has defaulted criminally hence the same is liable to be prosecuted accordingly.
