what is the legal procedure of compounding of cases u/s 279,337 and 338 IPC ?
I have got the bail on 03july,13 at the court.

The complainant can file affidavit stating his willingness to get the case dismissed on non prosecution.

you accused can file a petition for plea barganing or compounding the offence before court

Accused do not have any right to get any offense compounded.

It is the right of the person affected and the accused has to compromise with the the complainant that is the person who filed FIR.

Plea bargaining is a sort of confession,hence not advised.

Right to prosecute vests in victim-prosecutrix who can get complaint dismissed
for terms pre settled with accuse but no compromise has to be recorded between parties.
