Compensation under n.i.act

(Querist) 25 December 2012 This query is : Resolved 
order is passed on 7th dec.2012,accused is released on bail,he didn't file appeal.now can I file applcation for execution or wait until appeal period? under which provision i file application, summary civil suit or s.421 cr.p.c. ?

Dear Querist
when the appeal period is over you have to file an application u/s 421 before the court and the court may issue a warrant against defaulter.
