My cousin died in a bus accident. He was one among the passengers. He was a final year Engineering student. What could be the normal amount of compensation that his family can receive from MA Tribunal?

It would depend on his prospect of a carrier
had he been alive?

The education in his family;

The employment others have in the family;

His own educational record;etc.would lead to weigh what job he could have got and what could be his salary.

His life expectancy arrived at on the basis of age at the time of natural death of ancestors to anticipate no of years he could have worked.

His on job expenses,his take home salary after taxes * working life.etc...
