Compassionate appointment

If compassionate appointment given to a non eligible person among the legal heirs even though one legal heir is eligible for the job,but they neglected the eligible person application n given to non eligible person .The eligible person filed writ petition in high court but they did not care ,now what I have to done?

When already filed petition in HC, wait for the judgment.

Dear queriest, how can you tell that the job given to in-eligible person? However that person already filed WP. so please wait till the case is disposed or ask your own counsel.

As the writ is stated as pending disposal before High Court, did you ask your lawyer ?
How could you make out qua "ineligibility" for appointment ?
