Commercial tent-house in residential area

Hi,
My neighbour has opened a Tent-House and is running the same from 3-4 years. The noise of the ornaments, utensils, rods etc and Trucks(small) cause a lot of inconvenience.

I would like to know where to complaint regarding them and where ?

Lodge a complaint under Section 133 1(b) CrPC with the Competent Magistrate after furnishing the relevant materials. If you don't know the competent executive magistrate then lodge this complaint with the District Magistrate

As per bye laws 171, 172,173,Complaint should first go to your society socie5ty will take care of it failing which you/ it will take up the matter with the registrar and police station
