IT IS NO OFFENCE TOO.COURTS HAVE APPROVED LIVE IN TO GETHER RELATIONSHIP.YES, IT MAY BE AN VALID AGREEMENT.

Yes. There is no provision in Contract Act which prohibs this and so this agreement is valid.
Regarding the enforceability part, specific performence may not be possible or moral- compensation can always be awarded.

no it is not a valid agreement. In India it is not possible. But it won't be the crime. if the female is married male shall be prosecuted according to law.

It is not a valid agreement because the purpose of the agreement is not valid under Indian Contract Act.The term "cohabit"means to live togather 'as though' married.It is not valid under Indian Law.Even in the case of a male and a female it is not equal to the marriage contract under Special Marriage Act.

Yes it would be valid agreement now in India after the court order regarding approval to livein together relationship.
