Civil suit amendment in title

WHEN SUIT IS INSTITUTED THROUGH POA. THE POA'S NAME HAS TO BE MENTIONED WITH THE NAME OF PLAINTIFF IN TITLE OF SUIT.IF POA APPEARS ON BEHALF OF THE PLAINTIFF AT LATER STAGE.IS IT NECESSARY TO AMEND THE TITLE OF SUIT AND POA'S NAME HAS TO BE INSERT ?

No. There is no need to do so rather it can be mentioned in the affidavit to be filed on behalf of Plaintiff while deposing his evidence through his POA.

No need. He can take part in further proceedings by filing POA.

But A POA cannot depose on behalf of and in place of plaintiff. He may depose abt the facts which r in his personal knowledge.
