First of all you have to execute a trust deed and register the same.
What sort of trust is this? put more details, or consult a lawyer.

if you want to set up charitable trust you will need to engage a lawyer for said purpose .

To have basic knowledge, charitable trusts can be created in 3 different ways:
1) Prepare a trust deed and register it before the competent authority under Indian Trust Act
ii) Register as Co-operative society
iii) Register as a non-profit making company under sec.25 of Companies Act.
