why have you not been able to serve the accused ? is he evading service? has he changed his address?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 27 June 2013
You should provide present address of the accused to the court.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 29 June 2013
If despite of NBW, the accused is not traceable, get him declared PO.
