Dear Sir/Sirs,

Please help in change of my name and its process as per bangalore/Karnataka rules.

Few doubts 1) Is it is mandatory to publish in Govt. Press.2) Is it mandadary to change in all relevant documents imdlty.

If you are not a government employee, an affidavit changing the name duly notarized and a declaration in popular local daily newspaper will be sufficient, publication in the government gazette is optional.
