Change of father's name in pan

If a person takes sanyas from his normal life and is known as a Shishya of his GURU, who eventually is his whole and sole i. e. Father & Mother both.
In this case how can the applicant proceed for name change of his father (Biological to new in terms of GURU), as he doesn't have any link and nothing to do with his biological father.
Same has been updated in his Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, Bank Book etc...

IF HE IS BELOW 15 THEN HIS BIOLOGICAL FATHER CAN OFFER HIM AS ADOPTED SON.

He is 35, and have taken sanyas in 2018. Now need to replace father's name from Biological to GURU'S name...

Get Gazette Notification for change of Father's name through the Tahsildar concerned.

Change of father's name can be done only if there was any error or the father had changed his name subsequent to the birth of the child.
A Guru cannot become the father of the child without adopting the child.
Now this person is an adult hence there is no possibility to adopt an adult because there is no provision in law to adopt an adult.
There is no provision in law to dance to the tunes of the whims and fancies of any individual.

Yes, it is impossible that there could be any provision of law enabling a person to change or choose his father. Ideally, the person need to change his GURU.
