Yes, you can obtain certified copies of unmarked/unexhibited original documents from court through lawyer.

Submit an application (if you are a party to the case) for certified copy as per High Court Rules, with appropriate fees.
Your lawyer / clerk can get it for you, if you may request.

The question is whether we can obtain certified copies of unmarked documents from court?
The answer is yes we can ask for certified copies but what I want is judgments to support my argument....I have seen Madras judgment but I want andhra pradesh court's judgment

Judgments are not magic wands. What matters is the rule /principle to be applied in the light of the facts and circumstances.

Whether the judgment has been passed by AP High court, P& H High Court, J& K High Court, Gujarat High Court, Delhi High Court, MP High Court, Rajasthan High Court and/or any other High Court or Supreme Court it is ratio of judgment which matters to your case, submit it before the Court.
