Caveat petition

(Querist) 02 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,

If the party files caveat against the order or decree to serve notice to other party. How many months the said caveat will be in force for that particular order or decree or judgement. What is the limitation period for filing Revision Petition against such order/judgement/decree without condonation period.

Please kindly advise me

It shall be valid till 90 days from the date of its filing.
