Contact and consult a local prudent lawyer for inspection of judicial file, analyse the circumstances, form proper opinion, professional advise and necessary proceeding
P. Venu (Expert) 01 August 2025
Given that the matter has reached LP stage, it is impossible that the case is still in CMP (Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stage). It could be classified as CC or ST. Please verify.

It is seen that Manjeri has more than one Magistrate Court.
