Case diary manipulation

There are blatant irregularities in the investigation and witness statements recorded by IO. I have two questions:

1. What steps can I take to ensure that the IO does NOT manipulate the case diary and station dairy now to correct his mistakes?

2. Is the case diary etc also submitted to court?

1. Apply for investigation of the case by other agency like COD or any Special Cell.

Dear Querist
if you think that there is some manipulation or the investigation is not fair you can filed an application before higher authority of the Police department and change the investigation to CBI or Another special cell/crime branch.
it's depend on your case and facts .

You have no right to go through the investigation diary and only court can observe it if it likes to do so.

Change of IO can be pleaded by you under section 173(8) of criminal procedure code.
