A house properity gifted by a husband to his wife, now he want to cancelled Deed please advice.

Once a gift deed registered before sub registrar it can not be revoked, remady is only to file civil suit for cancellation of gift deed.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Bhartesh Goyal, once gift is accepted it is irrevocable.
However, a civil suit for declaration of the gift deed as null and void may get "some" relief if proved.

Cancellation of a gift deed, after the delivery of the gift property, is not normally possible.
