Cancel of registered gift deed

hi my had father has made a gift deed unknowingly to there 2 daughters but he want to cancel the gift deed but the two daughters are apposing for the cancel of the gift deed. how can he cancel the gift deed

pls give the suggestion for my father

Gift deed in such case can not be cancelled.

is the gift deed duly stamped and regd? once gift deed is executed daughters would become absolute owners of property . it is not your case that gift deed was executed by corecion or fraud . hence gift deed cannot be cancelled now

Was the gifted property ancestral or the self acquired of your father?

If the property was ancestral then you being co-sharer of that property, can duly challenge the gift deed and it can be got set aside but your father can do nothing.

weather other all children(4) and my father and mother can go for family court for this issue because my father wants to share for all children and wife

Expert Mr.Rajkumar Makkad has given you the required clarification. If the property gifted out by your father is his self-acquired property, nobody can do anything and it can not be taken back. If is ancestral property, your father does not have the right to gift out the entire property to his daughters for which the remaining siblings can contest. In any case you father does not have any role to play.
