Dear Sir,

Can housing society pay the bonus to Sweeper & watchman? If yes then how much?

A person who was absent in AGM, members can appoint him as a chairman of the society in AGM?

Without consulting & informing to secretary, the chairman can call the managing committee meeting of housing society? and also wants to know, is the minutes of this meeting are valid?

Who can appoint the new secretary of the society after the resignation of old secretary & how?
