hi i am deependra,my wife filled false 498a,125crpc,domestic violence me and my family(father,mother,younger brother) after police filled chargesheet in lower court against my all family member. in 498a and others case she blame false aligation and i will prove it pls can u tell me how can i get get combined stay by high court .is it possible pls rply urgent, bcs lower court do not able about it pls urgent.

I think If you are seeking remedy under 482 Cr. P.C there required separate stay.
If you file writ all can be stayed in one proceeding.

you have to face trial . prove allegations are flase in trial court . if wife unable to maintain herself you have to pay . similarly in DV cases high court does not quash ordinarily .

What do you mean to say by this?
There is nothing like combined stay in criminal jurisprudence.

here is no such term as combined stay as has ben used by you. This word is unheard in legal history of India

In 498 no mtn
In 125 cr p c app 1/3, if u hv no dependent, and not earning wife take care of child.
