Can i file the application under 340 crpc at my naative place

I am the permanent resident of Delhi and has falsely been implicated in matrimonial cases filed by sister in law and she has given statements on affidavit and matrimonial cases are pending in different city
But all the alleged cause of action had arisen in Delhi whether I can file the Application before the Magistrate at Delhi for furnishing the false information on affidavit and committing forgery on documents

No, Please go through Sec.195 of Cr.P.C.

Only in the concerned court you can file petition u/s 240 crpc. It is not a tool of harassment but a provision to restrict false allegations.
