Can a ST [scheduled tribe] lady gift her agri land to non ST?

A is a ST lady living lonely. She has only daughter who is not living with her and not interested in her land.A has some agriculture land.B care for her and nursing her. A wants to gift all his land to B.B is not belongs to ST community.How can B get this land on his name? is there 73AA applicable?

If the property is her own property (self earned), she can gift it. If the property is on assignment given by the government, this property can not be transferred to non SC person.

she can gift to any body if it is her self acquired property. If it is granted land then she has to follow the conditions.

You didn't mentioned the state you belong to. In U.P and Uttarakhand it is possible only with the permission of collector.

You should tell the name of the state firstly, without knowing the name of the state proper consultation could not provided.
