Can a son drive away his father out of home

Sir/Madam,
I am 51 years old. I am the only son and male member in my father's family. All my sisters are married and settled. I got married against the wishes of my parents. My wife never took care of this and there were constant fights. My wife does not talk to me since 2 years. My mother expired in 2001 and post that my wife behaved badly with my father and sometimes used to keep him away from food also. My condition is critical as I cannot support father nor wife. A FOOT BALL.
My father, before dying named my son who is aged 24 as the successor and declared the house on his name. Now Can My son drive me out of the house?? Please help.
Also advise if there is any law for women creating domestic violence as my wife is craeting nonsense with me. Please suggest me some thing opposite of 498 for she tried that with me

MOST PROPERLY YOUR FATER CREATED A WILL IN FAVOR OF YOUR SON. AND AFTER THE DEATH OF YOUR FATHER WILL HODER WILL APPLY FOR PROBATE AND YOU ALSO GET AN OPPERTUNITY TO PUT UP YOUR SUBMISSION BEFORE THE COURT SO GO THOUGH THE WILL WHETHER IT IS AS PER THE LAW. VARIFY THE SIGNATURE OF YOUR FATHER.IF THERE IS DOUGHT YOU CAN FILE AN OBJECTION BEFORE THE COURT. CONSULT A ADVOCATE.
