This query is : Resolved
A police officer (officer-in charge of a police station)on source information have drawn up an F.I.R and have signed the F.I.R by himself, registered the same and have taken up the investigation by himself.
Is the whole proceeding and the investigation is allowed in law? Any suitable judgement of Supreme court of India , if any. I will be glad if you all reply the same. Thank you....
