I am working in a psu .Can i get noc for other employment if i didnt inimatebefore written result.... can i get noc from employer after written result

Yes, you may apply for NOC with your employer stating the facts of your decision to switch over to some other employment for which you have already cleared the written examinations and wait for their reply/reaction to decide about further course of action.
