X Purchase an 'Engine Oil' from a Petrol Pump of Indian Oil. Whereupon X has to pay for an Engine Oil Rs.6/- more than the M.R.P. price, on pretext that new rates have been introduced from today.
What can X do in this situation where he is getting items more than the M.R.P. price?

you can file a consumer complaint for taking amount more than the MRP.
