My husband had a heated argument with a policeman who was on duty. The police had lodged an FIR against my husband and article 353 is shown. Immediately that day police arrested my husband. Now he is in judicial custody. We are applying for his bail. But in session court for bail hearing IO with case diary should be present. But police department doesn't want that my husband get the bail. So they deliberately not cooperating. In two hearings IO was not present Ang police station given execuses that he is on leave.
In such scenario how can my husband will get the bail?
Please guide me.

I HAVE SEND NOTICE TO DIRECTOR AND COMPANY FOR REPAYMENT OF CHEQUE AMOUNT WITHIN 15 DAYS . ONE OF THE NOTICE SERVED ON COMPANY AND 15 DAY TIME EXPIRED ON 20/11/2019 AND ANOTHER NOTICE TO DIRECTOR RETURN BACK ON 25/11/2019 AND TIME OF 15 DAYS EXPIRES ON 9/12/2019 SO WHAT THE DATE OF CAUSE OF ACTION . WHETHER THERE WILL BE TWO CAUSE OF ACTION.

Respected Sir, I am currently working in Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna ( State Autonomous body) as a Store Keeper, few month ago a vaccancy for Assistant Store Office was floated in AIIMS PATNA (Central Autonomous Body) and i applied the same with prior approval of institute in the form of NOC. On 16, Nov.,2019 , result was declared and I am selected for Assistant Store Officer post .On the same date i submit my technical resignation with three month notice , but my parent dept. is not giving me technical resignation...as per them i have applied for noc only not send the application through proper channel. Please help me is informing institute and getting noc is not through proper channel.

Sir I purchased a land in 2005 got registration in 2005, but I didn't do mutation from him. But land is under mine I am cultivation from 2005 till now, he did mutation to his brother for his loan purpose under my knowledge, I have take affidavit from his brother once you repay loan then you need to mutation on my name. Now things are change he is not ready to do mutation on my name, I submitted all documents to vro, but he also not corporate with me. So please suggest me how to do mutation.

Sir, I want to know that whether any person can file a criminal complaint petition without an affidavit in any District Dourt .If " YES ' then, let me know under which section of Cr.P.C ?.I am putting this question because a District Court has registered a criminal complaint u/s 200 without an affidavit of the complainant against me .

My clients are manufacturers of chemical process equipment. Some time back they received a large order for the export of equipment to Spain. The order was given by an Indian company with Head Quarters in Mumbai. They were suppliers to the Spanish company. Under the terms of the order my clients had to manufacture, pack the equipment in marine worthy packing and deliver them at Mumbai port. Several pieces of equipment were manufactured packed and delivered at the port. After the consignments reached the customer’s premises in Spain, they were opened. One of the equipment was found damaged. The damage would have happened in transit. The Spanish customer is asking the Indian suppliers to replace the equipment free of cost. The Indian suppliers are in turn asking my clients to replace them. My clients are asking my advice. (I am an engineer and not a legal adviser). My observation is as follows. The responsibility of my clients ceases once the consignment is delivered at Mumbai port. The Indian suppliers would have / should have taken transit insurance for the consignment. Hence they should prefer claim with the insurance company. The insurance company may or may not accept the claim. They cannot accept payment from the insurance company and ask my clients to manufacture them again free of cost. There is a possibility that the equipment can be repaired and restored. If so the Indian supplier should pay my clients for the work. If the Indian supplier had not taken insurance it is their fault. In any case the responsibility of my clients is only up to Mumbai port. What are the laws that cover such cases?

Respected sir/madam, Hon. court has given the judgment on a 498A case as follows....... ___D E C I S I O N___ '' Considering the evidence on record and also after hearing the arguments of both the sides I hold that the prosecution side has failed to prove the case and hence the present case is decided in favor of the defense. > In the result, the accused persons are acquitted from the charge leveled against them in connection with this case and they be set at liberty ." { Case Status :- CASE DISPOSED and Nature of Disposal Contested--ACQUITTED } ## my question are:-- 1} whether this particular case will anyhow effect in police verification for govt job? 2} Should I declare this disposed case in my govt. job application forms or not?

Property issue
We have family property originally bought by my grand father about 100 yr back. after his death it was trans to his 4 sons. Now we are 3 brother and my father expired too and it will be transferred to 3 of us.
Now i want to sell my part and the property land is so small that i can get my share only if we sell the property. My other 2 brothers are not willing to sell it and and they are not in condition to pay me in cash for my part.
What can i do in this conditions.
