Hi- I have following issue from apartment above me. Pl guide what should be my approach.

Issue: 2 bathrooms of Apartment 306 is leaking water into the walls of Apartment 206 for more than a month. This problem was solved temporarily last year by grouting of cost 3000/- bear by Sriven Towers Association ( as part of bigger activity of doing same for all the apartment).
Currently family with 2 small kids are staying as tenants and they are also started getting electric shock in Tap, Kitchen potentially due to this leakage.
#306 owner agree to allow plumber to change tiles for both bathrooms but cost of 40000/- approx to be borne by #206 owner for reasons unknown.
Query: What is the Legal Stand of # 206?
1. Who -will send notice ?- Tenant of 206, Owner of 206 or Sriven towers Association?
2. Whom- Notice be sent to- Tenant of 306, Owner of 306 or Both?
3. Where- would be notice posted to- Tenant 306 apartment in Sriven Or Owners Current address- In the event of owner address unknown, can it be send to tenant hand
4. Fail-safe mode- In the event, legal process goes lengthy, expensive or logistica overhead- Will owner #206 still be allowed to fix #306 tiles on his own cost so that tenant #206 problems get resolved.
Follow up Question:
1. Is association responsible to mediate between 2 owners when they are NOT in mutual agreement? Can there be a notice to association as well?

Dear Experts,
I had filed OA before the CAT, Chennai Bench and appeared as party in person. The OA is filed to release the provisional pension along with the interest @ 18% for the delay caused. The OA was disposed with the directions to pass appropriate speaking order on my representation. The Respondents has release the provisional pension and passed a speaking order without any mention on the interest claimed. I had sent a letter to look into the interest element and pass the same. But there is no response from the Respondents. The time limit fixed by the CAT was 4 months which was completed on 26.12.2019. Can I file Contempt Petition? If so, out of three Respondents, whether I can file Contempt on only two of them? What is the time limit to file Contempt Petition? Whether the Contempt Petition to be filed under Civil or Criminal side? What are the remedies I am entitled for? Please oblige.

In march 26 my mother expired without Will(instantate). I had a father and younger brother married having two daughters. Now the problem is my father has given the whole property,cash and gold to my brother's children. Can I have share in that properties according to Hindu 1956 Act. So kindly I request your valuable suggestions in this regard.

Hi All,
We are living in combined SRA building, where half of members are private and half are SRA.
The bldg is 15 yr old, now the society SRA board is raising maintainace cost by more than 50 % what we currently paying.
This is because pvt owners with different area (square feet) are asking society to charge same cost to all other pvt members as per cost paid by them.
The cost is now increased from 700 to 1240 rs per month.
Is this correct that society can increase maintaince cost without mapping livin area ?
How can we go about it ?

Intrim order has been passed with 15K maitenance per month in DV case. The court didnt considered the Loan, my expendature like Cost to meal, travelling cost, Meal, tax, recharges. I made an appeal so will this all cost will be considered ? If overally ttold to court about this expendature , will court convinced ?
ALso can I show expendature as LIC EMI, Insurance pOLICY as this policy stated in 2011. Will it beneficial ?

decree of divorce has been passed against the wife now she has filed appeal against that decree of divorce within limitation in such circumstances whether she need to file stay application against that divorce decree or not. If yes whether court can pass stay order in her favour?
