what is the difference between CERTIFIED COPY and Judgments,my case is accident case and disposed in lok adalath on nov 22 2013..on that day around 25 cases disposed all that mact cases judgement posted in high cort website and my judgement not added ..but difference is may Advocate applied for CERTIFIED COPY STATUS..balance 25 people Advocates not applayed for this ..i cant ask this query to my lawer ..please answer
I have filed a writ petition challenging Compulsory Retirement from Service in the year 2010. As I do not have means of livelihood, I took up a job as outsourcing employee of another organisation on a consolidated monthly pay in the year 2013. This is not in the court record.
If the Court negates the Bank's decision and award reinstatement with back wages, what about the consolidated wages I received from the year 2013. Can the Bank take any plea in its arguments that I am re-employed? What will be the effect of this re-employment?

dear sir,
mughe iske lie kha complain karni chahie?
ye school karodo kama rahe hain. parents ko bhi loot rhe hain aur teachers ka bhi bahut soshan kar rhe hain? in school k teacher dhobi ke kutte jese hoi gaye hain. khi complain kare to jo hath mai hai vo bhi jane ka dar rahta hai.
2000 se 5000 tak ki sallory mai log work kar rhe hain. aur us par bhi tamam fine hain. koi leave nahi. manmane rules. aur koi bhi rokne wala nahi.
ek majdoor k lie tamam rule hain. par ek teacher jis se samaj ummid karta hai ki vo desh ka futuer banayege unke lie koi rule nahi hai.
na koi minimum wage ka. na pension, insurance, epf ka . na koi leave policy. na koi respect.
sorry frens to bother u!

CrPc 127 is going against Husband during this.Husband got VRS (voluntiar Retirement ) & getting half pension up to 6 month as per pension rule because pension application require combine photo of husband & wife. but her husband requesting her for combine photo with her for full pension. My querries is following
1) what care should her take for dealing in this .
2) how much percentage of pension she ask for him. (how much she will get leagally)
3) where she go for proper & legal procedure for getting pension continuous from his department.
Hi Experts,
In the year 2012, tehsildar had sent a demand notice of 12 Cr in respect to the Royalty of Mineral Exacavation on a partnership firm of building construction, where the actual backlog holder of the royalty is a 40% partner in the partnership firm.
Being aggrieved, the partnership firm filed a case in the High Court and produced all the legal documents including the orders of the Revenue Minister wherein the Revenue Minister set-aside all the previous orders of the Addl Collector, tehsildar etc. by way of revision to the order of former Revenue Minister 1995 in the year 1997.
Single Judge asked the partnership firm to deposit 3.5 Crore, the firm filed an appeal against the impugned order of the single judge. The Divisional Judge held that the Revenue Minister cannot review the order of the then Revenue Minister.
The matter has been listed for next week.
MY questions are:
1. Does a Revenue Minister has power to review the former Revenue Minister?
2. I would appreciate if the learned experts cites some SC judgements and Acts on the same issue where the Revenue Minister has reviewed their own order.
3. Which act would be applicable in our matter?

Rizwan Shaikh

Compromise application of my mother, brother and myself was taken on record & partition decree was passed by delhi high court in feb.1989 in terms of
the settlement of our lease hold land house. One clause of the settlement states that the parties will also apply to the L.D.O.office for getting mutation done and
the ground rent will be proportionately 1/3rd each.L.D.O.was not made party to the partition suit. The L.D.O. does not partition the house by metes and bound.
Our water meters & electricity are seperate and partition walls were raised as per the decree.I live in my portion and also receive rents of my one floor I have let
out.Since L.D.O. does not mutate the property by metes and bounds what is the validity of our partition decree.I am asking this question to know whether
(sisters had relinqueshsed their rights and gave no objection to the said partition) can reopen the partition being H.U.F.because its not mutated in L.D.O.
records by metes and bounds though otherwise its mutated in three joint lessee names me ,my brother and mother in L.D.O.records. Sisters had engaged a
lawyer and their lawyer gave(without oath) a written statement that they have no objection to the partition and have already relinqueshed their shares in the suit
property but affidavit was not filed with written statement. If affidavit was not filled by sisters with written statement filed in high court, can they reopen the partition
decree. I would like to know 1.What is without oath and does it matter if its without oath. 2. whether sisters(sisters had relinqueshsed their rights and gave no
objection to the said partition) can reopen the partition because L.D.O. does not mutate by metes and bound or can L.D.O. reopen our partition since L.D.O. was
not party to the partition suit or can sisters give application to L.D.O. to reopen our partition because its not partioned by them by metes and bound.I have no
need to apply to L.D.O. for partitoning our house by metes and bound.Nominal ground rent can be paid by me or mother or brother or proportionately jointly.

Dear Experts,
If any Income Tax Officer, is making an Assessment proceeding of an Assessee u/s 143(1) and after completion of proceeding he demanded Rs. 2 Lakhs as Income Tax and Interest as these income has been escaped by the Assessee in view of ITO. Then is it mandatory to pay the demand of Tax before filing appeal to the competent authority.
Because same incident had took place with a Assessee whom the ITO has told to first deposit the Tax then to file Appeal before CIT (Appeal), otherwise he is authorized to attach his bank for recovery of Tax.
So, Sir under which section of IT Act, can a ITO compel the Assessee to deposit the Tax before filing Appeal.
Thank You.

Land
I have a land in a village in pune.It is being cultivated by my grand parents as tenant (Kul)since late 50's and now we are cultivating the same and the land is in our full control. Our KUL has been reflected on all fer faras still late 70's however in 1973,during tahsildar review same has been removed from record. The owner of land on record had been dead in late 50's but his name is still reflecting on 7/12. It is almost more than 60 years, the land is being cultivated by us. There is no VARASNOND of owners succession on 7/12 since 1950. I wish to include my name on 7/12. Please advise the best method. Regards Malharee
