how to get a civil case details in principle civil judge court chirala prakasam distric andhra pradesh through online in which web site
Kindly agree/disagree with interpretation on the following points.
1.The Adivasi can not transfer the ownership of land through any means as per M.L.R.Code in maharastra but
2.Surely he can develop land for any bonafide industrial use by intimating the collector u/s 44 A of M.L.R.Code.1966. if not why?
3.If yes than surely he can develop the land through the joint venture with the non adivasi partner either on profit sharing basis or on sharing the buildup area basis.
4.If on sharing of buildup area than the non adivasi partner will be able to sell their share of the buildup area to non adivasis at his will.since the both are not selling the land but the buildup area of his share.
4.Once the buildup area is all sold to buyers then obivously the adivasi had to transfer the land to the society formed by the buyers consisting of adivasi/non advasi members as per the law in maharastra.
Kindly correct me if my interpretation is wrong on any of the above point since adivasi do have a right to use the land for the betterment.
I will expect yr detail reasoning on the above.Regards

I bought a flat in 2011. That time the construction had just started. In 2012 many buyers including me got to know that there a big graveyard right in front of our balconies. My flat is on 9th floor so the view is very clear. We spoke to the builder but he washed of his hands saying that he himself did not know of the graveyard.
The flat was handed over in march 2014. Since two years I have been trying to sell it but obviously no takers are there. I can't rent it out as there are no takers because of the graveyard. We have been cheated badly by the builder. The builder is doing the same thing for other prospective buyers also.
My queries are:
1. Does this come under unfair trade practices by the builder?
2. Now that my life savings are stuck, what are the options for me?
3. Shall I try to speak with the builder first knowing that he is constantly unreachable?
4. What is the procedure of filing the case in consumer court?
5. What happens in these kind of cases?
6. I am forced to continue staying at a rented place as my family has refused to move in there because of the psychological effects they may have because of the graveyard. Does this also come in any kind of mental torture given by the builder?
7. What legal procedure should I follow to expose the builder?
