I am a tenent who is fighting fare rent case since 48 months.At present i am paying Rs10,00,00/ as rent. The court case is in finishing stage. If the court fixes the fare rent as Rs25,00,00/. How many months and how much rent should i pay to the court to to appeal to higher court.

My name is Mr. Yogesh and my sister who was holding the 2 policies of LIC policy.As per my knowledge the one policy was nomiated to her husbandand the other policy was nominated in my name. She was expired on 05/09/11 due to her health problems. As i visited the LIC Mumbai branch i got the information that the 1 policy is already claimed and settled in the favour of her husband. I dont have any objection as he was the nominee for the same. But when i claimed the other policy for which i am the nominee they said that I need to get the Succession Certificate for the same. I could not understand when i am the official nominee in LIC records then why i have to go through this procedure. There was some personal reasons/problems between sister and her husband relationship till her death for which she had kept me as a nominee for the second policy even after her marriage. Pls advise what need to be done for the same.

my friend was married with a person but unfortunately the said husband is not came home from last 3 years, actually due to usual fighting between husband and wife he went from home without any intimation. she has one child age same 3 years. she filed missing complaint of her husband in local police station. as she has small doughter in his hand she is worried about the future, missing husband not using his previous email id, cell no., facebook, changed company and went. his family members were not ready to co operate for his finding. one of his relative is in local police station incharge, who also intentionaly hiding some information about her husband. pl guide me which option she can take care if she want to get her life with another person. also guide me the right available with that child from his father. also guide if she want to get marriage without divorce from her missing husband which complication new couple can face if her missing husband came back in future. pl guide thank you

sir,i have done agreement of my land with the period of 2 years,with the deed of rs.(rupees) 1cr,30 lakhs & they only gave me rs of 51,000(thous) only & after that they are not able to pay me ,and even don't show any of interest regarding this project.sale agreement date was 22/02/11,and after approval of TNC they have to pay me 25 lakh,which was not given by them.After 2 years of TNC they have to make full payment.TNC was approved on 18/11/11,and again they didn't make my payment & last date of payment as per our agreement was 18/11/13.The only payment they paid me is only the rs of 51 thousand as i previously above mentioned,even there time period is also expired,i already returned there money earlier as i know they are not going to built.
After seeing all this i sale my land to other person(2).
& Now the first person sent me a notice by some advocate on 23/02/14 showing his interest for registry.I didn't replied for there notice, but i went to registry office on given date & time 01/03/14,but nobody was there.
what should i do? please suggest.I didn't filed any report till now.

2 year ago both of them had Collected Rs. 6,00,000/- under the name of Mhada CM Quota from Me By following Ways.
1. Demand Draft Of Rs 42,900/- Dtd 13th Oct 2012 in the name of Maharashtra Housing CM.
2. Demand Draft Of Rs 1,25,000/- Dtd 17th Oct 2012 in the name of Maharashtra Housing CM.
3. Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- Dtd 25th April 2013 in name of Maharashtra Housing CM.
Cash Collected is Rs 3,50,000/- against which acknowledgement given by him Post Dated cheque of Rs 6,00,000/- date 20/2/2014 which has bounced should we file police Case?

I wish to know as i wish to purchase a chawl in Palghar in Ambadi wherein the seller has shown the agreement on his name and the 7/12 shows adivasi land and also it has name of the seller mentioned in it .However they say as the land remains as Agricultural till 5 years after which as a part of development it gets converted to residential one .Also they say that the ghar patti ,meter and sale agreement will be prepared and done authentically .I wish to know are this type of laws applicable and also will it happen as specified in my above data .....

When one party of the case tampers with the documents filed in the court and also submits some documents behind the back and the judge despite of knowledge of all that does not do anything even on an application moved by the other party in this respect.
Actually the matter in which the said tampering etc. has been done came into notice to the other party on later stage, i.e. after conclusion of the proceedings, after passing a final Judgment and Order. The said Order is now challenged in the Hon’ble High Court seeking invocation of revisional jurisdiction to set aside the impugned Order and all proceedings.
The other party has also brought this tampering into the notice of the Hon’ble High Court by filing a Criminal Misc. Case in the Revision Petition. But yet Court has not taken any view on this?

The query relates to a cooked up case of police by abusing their authority.
When police submit charge sheet to the Court of concerned jurisdiction in relation to an FIR registered with the police on information of commission of an alleged Cognizable Offence.
Query:-
1. Is it mandatory on police to file all documents, like the statements recorded under section 161 of Cr.P.C of all the witnesses who are named as witness in the charge sheet, into the court along with the charge-sheet?
-IN OTHER WAY-
Is it necessary that Court records of the case must contain the statements recorded under section 161 of Cr.P.C. of all the witnesses who are named as witness in the charge sheet?
2. If police do not submit all the said statements or the court record does not contain all the said statements then what can be done as it is a cooked up case of police against the accused?
3. Any other suggestions?

Credit card default
Hi,
I have taken barclay's card in 2008 and has been paying the payments without any default however in 2008 Barclay's bank was closed and my card has been cancelled. Now they send me a legal notice asking me to pay my oustanding of Rs.35K. My card limit was only Rs.15k and i have been paying the dues. I do not have any documents with me now as I have relocated. Please help me how to handle this issue as they sent a legal notice saying that if I dont not pay this outstnading they will take civil or criminal action against me.
