University issue

Dear Sir,
A private university of meghalaya engage in degree scam. Chancellor , register all were arrested.
Case went to till Supreme Court .In judgment Supreme Court ordered all degree illegal and ordered

“ The students whose admissions and degrees were declared illegal may also make representation to the State Government and seek an opportunity of hearing from it. The request made by them shall be sympathetically considered by the State Government.”

I send representation and Govt call for hearing , I attain hearing , show and submit attested document of all university document

Supreme Court made dead line of deciding the matter 31’march,2014.
They dead line date is over and no decision came

My question is
1) As the degree was given out of jurisdiction , the degree may be cancelled ?
2) Supreme Court dead line is over , now what to do , should I send letter to Govt or apply to Supreme Court(Contempt Petition) ?
3) If the degree made illegal , can I claim compensation of loss of 3 years and money and effort ?
4) Does the above mention Supreme Court order tell that meghalaya Govt have to do any alternative if they cancel degree ?
5) In a State Govt recognized & UGC appove university if a student register and do not discontinue the study , state Govt responsibility to ensure student future ,they have to ensure it.(Some is telling). Is is true in terms of law ?

Flat nominee vs legal heir

My father owned a flat in Mumbai, in a co-operative housing society, and passed away without a will. My mother is deceased. My sibling and I are the inheritors of this property.

My sibling was the nominee and after my father's demise the share certificate for the flat was transferred to her name. My sibling currently resides in this flat while I do not. On account of being a legal heir (entitled to 50%) of the property do I still have a right to this property. I read somewhere that as per laws in Maharashtra the nominee inherits the property and not the legal heirs. Is this true? Please advise. Also, do I have any legal recourse?

Not working due to delayed salary

Hi,

I am working in Lucknow for a Gurgaon based education company. The company has been paying delayed salaries since last 2 years. I am getting around 30k in hand. We as employees have accepted it and are still working. Lately, I thought and working for such a company even after not getting paid on time is useless hence I restricted my working (Usually work from home as company did not pay expenses and salaries on time). Recently company officials visited the site and found a need to change the employee (ME) with another person as I was not giving my 100%.
They sent me a performance notice. My questions are as follows:

1. Can I file a criminal/civil case against this?
2. Is it ok to not work if I don't get paid on time?
3. Can company terminate me on performance grounds?
4. Is there I way I can get a stay on my FnF and stay on hiring of a new person at my place or stay on the work (The number of schools I used to look after) so that till the matter is sorted out, no one else can take charge of the clients assigned to me?
5.Should I resign or just wait for them to terminate me?

6. There are others also who are facing the same issue. They can come along with me however they are my reportees.

Till date I have not been paid for Feb 2014. Kindly help me on this as it is really important.

Termination from job without any advance notice

Hi,
I am working as a sr.engineer in a partnership company since 8 years. There are around 5 office staff and 5 shop floor workers who worked day and night during March period. But because of some personal issues I was forced to take leave for 4 days out of which 2 days leave was informed. But now he has suddenly terminated from a job without giving any advanced notice. And my concern is at the time of joining I was not given any appointment order. So kindly suggest how to proceed to lodge a complaint.
