Sir,
My submission is that my ex-wife in 498A & 406 case will deposing the statement in court said that the list which she has given to police in 161 is dowry demanded by my in laws.Which she say she has given.
1) Now my query if as alleged the list submitted is a dowry demanded than how misappropriation of dowry will come, so if it so then will 406 exist.
2) Can i request to court to book the lady under the dowry prohibition act, as giving dowry is also crime.As lady is a Class-I officer & even though she say she was tortured for getting dowry.
Please advise.

I want to ask that can a District Collector force his employees to work on a post by giving them additional charge ( प्रभार )? If they don't want to?
Some DCs are forcing their VLW to work on post of Panchayat Secretary. Can an IAS officer do anything he wants?

after marry when my wife come to my house i made a biggest mistake of my life my wife told that i want to tell you something than she said two days before marry i went to a birthday party their two boys raped me i didnt tell u as i was scared of marriage break up.hearing this i slaped my wife two slaps and said u destroy my life get lost from life.after few minutes we were geting personnel my wife said ur pennis is smaller than dog hearing this i felt bad i said i thing u come from kamathipura and u talk like a randi girl.my wife went to other room and started to cry hearing her my
parnts went to her she said i slapped her my family then beat me atleast 12 punches on my face and abuse me.later i realised i should have not slap her i went and said sorry to her and did situp also.morning we did satynarayan pooja.evening when party was there her father come and started to abuse me in middle of party u ktte.kamina.olloo ka patthe jootha sae maroo namard mental syco etc.
in few minutes all guest disappear my family cry ok we have taught him lesson he will not do like this again.but he abused me whole night i even laid on his feet.and her daughter feet but of no use

behind bars.next morning they went to kanpur through kurla terminos i went help them to cathc train told wife its ok thing will get ok i love you it was our bad day but good day will also start

fight with nonstop 2 years insult my mom dad me sister everyone anytime anywhere doesnt respect any one mentally tocher me i try to do sucide six time .but then also my wife abuse me her family
turn a blind eye and listen to her daughter only and not anyone of us give me dhamki of killling me from truck removing my eyes etc i am were tiere i want divorce what to do i dont want to give
property to such people plz help.

I am about to rent my office to a company in Ahmedabad and would like to take advice on :
1. Which agreement is better for me as a landlord : Leave & Licence agreement OR a Lease agreement ?
2. Would you suggest to register the agreement OR non-registered agreement is fine ?
3. Registered agreement cost lots of money because of stamp duty.
4. The agreement is for 5 years with 3 years lock in period
5. Any suggestion to get the agreement done? Any good template

Hello Sir,
I understand people make 2 agreements to sell one for guidance value and other for full value and then destroy the second at the time of registration. any caution and approach to be taken on this.

sir,
i have filed application under order 32 rule 4 of civil procedure code along with partition suit.
my sister is expired and her daughter is mentaly retired father is not taking care of her since from the birth mentaly retired girl is staying with me i am taking care of her,
now i am a plaintiff no 1 AND menataly retired lady aged about 32 years is plaintiff no - 2, can court appoint me as guradian of plaintiff no-2, if my application is rejected how i can be a guardian to plaintiff no-2.

Mr.X appointed to Govt. Service on compassionate grounds in the capacity of ‘D’ group in Education Department. His date of Joining is 08-06-2002. As he is illiterate during appointment Mr.X produced an affidavit as a proof for the date of Birth. (Date of Birth is 12-04-1965)
Mr.Y, the neighbor of Mr.X has complained to the Department of Education that Mr.X has produced a false date of Birth while joining to the service. And Mr.X is due to retire by 30-06-2014.
The disciplinary authority has initiated for inquiry & has appointed presenting & inquiry officer.
In this connection the following clarifications have been sought.
1. As soon as the complaint received by Mr.Y the disciplinary authority has issued a notice to Mr.X stating the nature of Punishment. Is this a legal one?
2. The disciplinary authority has framed a charge sheet i.e., Annexure 1 to 4. Is there is any provision to frame additional charge sheet on Accused Government servant?
3. Can a Non-Gazetted official be appointed as Presenting officer or Inquiry officer?
4. Can Accused Government servant appoint a lawyer for aurguments?
5. In this regard Mr.Y has produced the extract of Admission register as proof of evidence. Can extract of Admission register be taken as a proof?

Sir, I am advocate sudhir. A deceased person had written a settlement deed on his grandchildren. As per the deed he had settled the property on his grandsons (2). In the deed there is a clause that the 2 grandsons shall perform the marriage of his granddaughter out of the income from the house property. All the three of them were minor at the time of execution of the deed. Subsequently the settlor passed way. All the 3 of them become major. But, the two male settlees never performed the marriage of their sister. She got married out of her own income, in very simple manner, from her own savings which she earned by doing tailoring work from her 14 years of age. The marriage was held 17 years before. Now there is a dispute within the family therefore we issued notice to the male members to partition the property on 10.05.2014 . From their reply we came to know about the settlement deed. We got a copy from the SRO it is true that the property is settled on the grandsons with a clause /obligation upon the settlees to perform the marriage of their sister. They had not perform the marriage of thier sister. I am appearing for the pathetic woman. This is a legal aid case. Can file a partition suit and challenge the deed. If not what is the other remedy.
