Hello sir. If husband and wife never had sex and its been 6 months since marriage. There was a willful rejection of wife to deny sex to husband from the first night to last night.
marriage has never been consummated.
Can this marriage be annulled ? or husband is supposed to live a sex less life ?
and what if wife dose not want a annulment ?
Married under Nikha nama - Not registered in any of the Indian acts of marriage.

hi,
i join a company in 21st july 2014 and sign a bond for 1.5 years of 1.5 lakh. and after 20 day i realize there work is not suit to me and i furstrated and want to quit.
can i quit the job without pay any amount...i have attahed my bond agreement ..
plz help me asap .

REGISTERED PARTNERSHIP FILED SUIT. ONE MAR XYZ FILED PLAINT, AFFIDAVITS AND ALSO GAVE EVIDENCE HE PRODUCED CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY ROF WHICH WAS EXHIBITED BY TRIAL COURT. NAME
OF MR.XYZ IS NOT APPEARING IN THE LIST OF PARTNERS. THIS WAS POINTED OUT TO TRIAL COURT BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. ULTIMATELY SUIT WAS DISMISSED AND APPELLANTS FILED APPEAL CHALLENGING JUDGMENT OF TRIAL COURT.
APPEAL WAS FILED BY ONE MR.ABC, WHO IS ALSO NOT PARTNER, BUT FALSELY CLAIMED TO BE PARTNER.SIGNATURES OF MR XYZ AND MR.ABC ARE SIMILAR AND IDENTICAL AND IT APPEARS THEY HAVE PLAYED A DELIBERATE FRAUD ON THE COURT. WHAT IS REMEDY ? CAN APPEAL COURT PROCEED WITH HEARING OR DISMISSS APPEAL ON THE GROUND IT IS FILED WIHOUT AUTHORITY OF APPELLANTS ? EXPERTS KINDLY GUIDE.

APPELLANTS WHO ARE REGISTERED PARTNERSHIP, FILED APPEAL. MR ABC CLAIMING TO BE A PARTNER SIGNED THE APPEAL AND VERIFIED IT. ON SCRUTINY OF CERTIFICAATE OF REGISTRATION ISSUED BY THE ROF AND PRODUCED BY THE APPELLANTS, IT IS FOUND MR ABC IS NOT
PARTNER AND HIS NAME DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE
LIST OF PARTNERS. APPELLANTS HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY STEPS TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE OR TO GIVE ANY EXPLANATION FOR MR.ABC FILING THE PROCEEDINGS WHO HAS NO AUTHORITY. MY QUESTION IS WHETHER THE COURT SHOULD OUT RIGHT DISMISS THE APPEAL OR GIVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO THE APPELLANTS TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE ?

Hello sir.. If your marriage was never registered and we have already been divorced under our personal law. Can my wife claim maintenance us 125 Crpc ?
Here is the full case.
We got Married and got divorced in 5 months.
Marriage was never consummated as she deny to give me any rights to have sex with her from the first to the last night.. Which was very cruel of her.She was also verbal and emotionally abusive towards me.
There was no dowry , no nothing. There was no cruelty from my side.
I work a job where i earn 70k per month.
Right now i have another wife which i married after my first divorce, and i also have old parents to support and a little brother.
My Ex-wife has a degree and she is educated. If she wants she can do a job.
How can a women claim maintenance from her husband when she never let him have sex with her and was cruel to him.. and marriage only lasted 5 months ? And how can courts allow such a injustice ?
What is the amount that i will need to pay her in my case. ? Aprox amount will also help and how long for just 5 months marriage which was never consummated in the first place ? we never went on honeymoon
In our personal Muslim law there is no maintenance to wife who is cruel to husband and also there are no words which state wife will get 1/3 of the salary of husband till she remarry.
However in Crcp us 125 also there are no such words which says she will get 1/3rd of my salary or she is supposed to maintain her post-divorce lifestyle.
How much do i need to pay her ? cause i have another wife , parents , and my brother dependent on me. She on the other hand is young 23 years has a degree and can go to job anytime she wants to.
Please note : My EX-wife has clearly stated in court that i was "NOT" cruel to her / there was any dowry (as that is true that there was no dowry and i was not cruel to her). So is no case of dowry or Dv on me
however she only claims that i never had sex with her by my own will, which is false. However when she said that it was proved that marriage was never consummated.
And no i am not impotent. I can prove that any day any time.
Q. will there be any maintenance under such case?
Q. can you give me a approx amount of Min - Max maintenance under such case ?

AFTER 14 YEARS OF LITIGATION, EVICTION SUIT IS DISMISSED BY SMALL CAUSES COURT MUMBAI. APPELLANT (ORIGINAL PLAINTIFF) FILED APPEAL CHALLENGING JUDGMENT OF TRIAL COURT AND FILED APPLICATION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY. DUE TO
NEGLIGENCE IN THE BODY OF APPLICATION AND PRAYER CLAUSE, APPELLANT HAS STATED AS UNDER: IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE REASONS, THE DELAY IN FILING THE APPEAL MAY BE CONDEMNED. APPLICATION CAME UP FOR HEARING BUT BOTH APPELLANTS AND THEIR ADVOCATE WERE ABSENT AND COURT ADJOURNED THE HEARING. MY QUESTION IS CAN THE COURT "CONDONE" DELAY WHEN THE PAYE IS TO "CONDEMN" DELAY ? EXPERTS KINDLY ADVICE WITH ANY CASE LAW IN SUPPORT.

Hello Experts,
A person owed me some money and wasn't able to pay me back. Instead he said he'll give me shares in his pvt ltd company. He transferred me the shares using form 5 B and even made me a director.
I do not know much about accounting and did not check the credentials of the company. Later I found out that the company is in heavy losses and has a private loan from a person and now he's demanding his money from me.
What can I do now?
1. Am I liable to pay this money back since I'm a director (only on papers, I have never participated in anything)?
2. Can I take any action against the person who gave me the shares, since he didn't tell me about the loan?

Hi all,
Could you please help me to know the applicability of the court judgement in the below case.
There was a court case in 1967 between 4 Plaintiffs and 10 defendants, out of 10, one is Government of AP and 2nd one is my grand father freedom fighter Chitti Raju.
Munsif court and applet court(district court) dismissed the plaintiffs petition in 1970 saying that the government legally allocated the property under freedom fighter quota.
Can any other person(s) file again a petition in the court or in the Tahisildar office after 44 years of the judgement?
Village Sarpanch is trying to influence the government officers with the help of one of the state cabinet minister and putting pressure on the government officers and asking them to do something in favour to them.
We have submitted the court judgement true copy to the Tahsildar and requested to dismiss the petitioners petition and also asked to provide the protection to us.
As he is influenced by the politicians he is asking the certified copy of the judgement, I think he is well aware no one can certify the judgement by seeing the true copy(Not photo copy) of the judgement.
We told we can show you the true copy and can produce photo copy of the true copy, however just to overcome this judgement he is asking the certified copy of the judgement.

Damage of dignity
Hi,
Village sarpanch and few others gave a press statement on July 19th 2014 in the Sakshi daily newspaper saying that my brother and myself got patts for a tank from the revenue department in 1956, which is 20 years before we born. They are trying to show us as a land grabbers and they are trying to say as we got this land illegally by managing the revenue department.
In fact government granted patta in 1967 to our grandfather, who was a freedom fighter and the same land was transferred to us as per his veelunama. Thos land is in our position till now. Government acquired 0.24 acres in 1986 to make an irrigation channel, and paid compensation for the same.
In 1970, courts were given a clear judgement and they did not question anything about this land allotment and court recorded the reasons for the tank closure which was done 10 years before the assignment to our grandfather.
As my grandfather was a freedom fighter and my father was a social worker and we are leading our life with dignity and respect and carry forwarding our grandfather's and our father's dignity and respect.
Our dignity and trust got damaged due to the false news paper statement which was given by responsible elected leader and others.
As mentioned in the news paper statement they damaged our crop too. Due to that we lost 3 lakhs value crop.
As most of the public may believe the news paper statement as correct they may get an impression that we grabbed the government land illegally, due to this none of the labor coming to work on our fields from that village which is causing further loss to us.
I would like to sue him for the compensation for damaging our dignity and our family dignity and respect and another 3 lakhs for the property damage.
Please advice how to approach on this.
